Chi Nei Tsang is a form of bodywork centered on releasing unnecessary tension in the organs and abdomen. It is a systematic process of unlocking each organ and improving circulation and energy flow through the whole body. Many people don't realize their health concerns can often be traced back to disfunction within the organs. Here's a list of common conditions Chi Nei Tsang can help with: digestive problems, chronic fatigue, back pain and sciatica, uterine fibroids, fertility issues, surgery recovery, neurological disorders, detoxification, insomnia, depression and anxiety, hormone and neurotransmitter imbalance, emotional well-being, and more. A little bit of belly work goes a long way, but an entire session devoted to the health and openness of your organs takes it to another level. Here's what a typical session looks like: - Re-tuning the breath reflex - Opening and releasing the Large Intestine - Opening and releasing the Small Intestine - Liver Release and Pump - Stomach/Spleen Release and Pump - Kidney WarmingBladder Release and Pump - Opening the Wind Gates (stimulating chi and lymph flow) Everything is done at the right pace and pressure for your body in the moment.
